First and foremost, I'm a mama to a beautiful and energetic boy. At the end of 2019 I moved us from Southern Oregon to a small beach town in Baja, Mexico.

I'm an adventurer, exploring both the inner and outer landscapes of life. I'm a seeker of truth and purpose. I've always followed my heart and higher guidance to make decisions and stay inspired by the world we live in.

As an entrepreneur of 2 decades and a wellness & life coach since 2011, I've experienced first hand the power of having a strong mindset, which has carried me through the many uncertainties that come with being a business owner.

My passion in the digital marketing space is to help other wellness entrepreneurs gain the skillset needed to start and scale an online business while making more income and a positive impact in the world.

When I'm not behind my laptop building and scaling passion-based businesses, you can usually find me with my son, walking my rescue pups on a wild Baja beach, enjoying a delicious meal with a friend or adventuring with my love.

Nature, Kindness and Gratitude have been my biggest teachers in life. ❤️
